Sean Ware is a ME-based artist and educator.ย Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, he graduated from Berea College with a major in Art and a minor in Art History before earning his MFA in Painting from the University of New Hampshire. As an educator, he has taught art in higher education across the country, including Ringling College of Art & Designโs Illustration program and a visiting position at Berea College.
Mike Howat is a New Hampshire-based painter and educator. His work explores themes of urbanization, Americana and collective memory. Mary Mead is a NH-based printmaker and sculptor and her work often combines a variety of printmaking techniques to create engaging abstracted landscapes and forms. Broadly her work explores the changing climate, and ways of finding a universal language in abstract imagery. Mead has a long exhibition and teaching history since earning her MFA from the Tufts University and the Boston Museum School, and her BS Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin/Madison. Mead teaches at Two Rivers Printmaking Studio, Chases Garage, Kimball Jenkins School of Art, and AVA Gallery and Art Center.
Nate Twomblyย is a NH-based illustrator and interdisciplinary artist. His illustrations capture the quaint and playful details of New England. His illustrations are quirky, personality-filled and celebrate aspects of everyday life. The work often pulls from imagery of Americana, from classic sci-fi movies to architecture, history, and aspects of rural life.
