2025 AVA Holiday Exhibition and Sale Submission Entry Information
Welcome to the 2025 AVA Holiday Exhibition and Sale submission page! Please read the instructions carefully, as the forms have been updated this year. To participate in the Holiday Exhibition Sale, all artists must be current AVA members. If you’re not yet a member, please visit our Membership Page to join.
To participate in the Holiday Exhibition and Sale, choose the form below that matches your AVA membership level:
Form One is exclusively for AVA Artist Members, with an annual membership fee of $120. The submission fee is Free.
Form Two is for Regular AVA Members, with memberships starting at $55 per year for individuals. The submission fee is $35.00.
Both forms can be used for 2D art (only two works) and multiple items, such as ornaments, ceramics, jewelry, etc. Please have the following information ready: contact details, artwork title or type, retail price, quantities, and images (optional but recommended).
Details:
- Submission Deadline extended: Monday, November 10, 2025.
- Drop Off Dates: Wed. Nov. 19 and Thurs. Nov. 20, between 11 AM-4 PM.
- 2D art is limited to 2 works per artist.
- 2D art is limited to 36″ longest dimension.
- 2D art must be WIRED, 3″ below the top margin, and ready to hang.
- Floor sculptural 3D work may not exceed 50lbs, 32″wx72″ tall.
- 3D Ceramics (etc.): we use pedestals to display ceramic work. You may bring multiple pieces. Kindly keep in mind that a pedestal measures roughly 15x15x40″tall. We do have a few that are larger; you can email Sam to discuss.
- AVA sales commission: 40%.
- All artwork must be labeled with your name and title!
- If you have multiple items, such as ornaments or ceramics, they must be labeled with your name and price!
- Original artwork only, no giclees! (unless a photograph).
- All unsold artwork must be picked up on Mon. January 5, 2026 between 11-4 PM.
Photo Release: By submitting this application for the Holiday Exhibition, I grant AVA Gallery permission to use images of me and my artwork for marketing purposes, including on the website and social media platforms.
