James M. O’Brien is a NH-based painter. His evocative landscapes are deeply atmospheric, otherworldly and pull from a rich history of New England landscape painting. He spent the majority of time living among the rural parts of New Hampshire. Early in his youth he was raised among the majestic Catskills, Adirondacks and White Mountains regions and often admired the Hudson Valley scenery. He began drawing and painting early and was instantly inspired by the British and American romantic landscape painters of 18th and 19th centuries.

Trevor Toney is a woodworker, furniture maker, sculptor, and painter living in Massachusetts. He received his Associates in Furniture Making and Design from the Worcester Center for Crafts in 2004 where he was awarded The David L. Morreale Art Award for Excellence in Design and Craft.

Yasamin “Yaz” Safarzadeh is an Iranian-American artist, poet and activist. She is a native Angelino with an MFA and BFA in multimedia art representation and is currently working on her MBA. Yaz is actively engaged in the community and has taught in inner city programs throughout Los Angeles and Manchester. She has a handful of publications through her poetry and examinations of traumatic lived experiences of impoverished bipoc and queer youth. She has developed art programs and uplifting events for underserved populations for almost a decade out of Los Angeles, Manchester and now Concord.

Emma Ashby is a NH-based painter. She grew up on the East Coast of England, UK, where her deep affection for coastal landscapes was cultivated. It’s a love affair that has continued to grow in her twenty years of living on the East Coast of New England and is reflected in the atmosphere and emotion of her paintings.

Emma studied textiles at the Royal College of Art in London, where she received an MA. Then, having worked for several years in the British fashion industry, she moved to the United States where she was introduced to the ancient medium of encaustic. It quickly became her passion. Today Emma is a full-time artist and encaustic educator. Early work drew on her textile background, incorporating fabric and pattern to create abstract images of flowers and ponds.
