Susan Schwake is a NH-based painter who creates playful, small vibrant abstracts in gouache, oil and monotype. Her recent work is landscape and nature-oriented, but the artist explores aspects of both abstraction and representation. Schwake has exhibited across the region and has been involved in numerous public projects. She is also a gallerist, educator and the owner of ArtStream, a gallery and art center in Rollinsford, NH.
