Emily Cady is a screen printer and illustrator living in southern Maine. She will be demonstrating her approach to screen printing, and taking her illustrations from drawings to screen prints. She is inspired by nature, food and capturing moments of daily life. Screen printing lets me blend her passion for digital illustration with a hands-on technique. It allows her to transform my digital and hand-drawn art into prints, creating multiples that retain a personal, handmade feel.
