This workshop focuses on geometry, which is a beautiful and aesthetic, but somewhat neglected part of math. You'll see that everyone, and not just certain people, can do math. K-12 teachers will learn how to engage students in activities using geometric shapes and tiles, and will explore geometric shapes like the platonic solids, projections, and tessellations.
