Registration, Refund and Cancellation Policies

Registration

Reserve a place in class by enrolling online, calling the AVA office at (603) 448-3117, via e-mail or mail.  Download the registration form

To be officially enrolled in an AVA class, the tuition must be paid in full. Registrations are accepted in the order in which full payment is received. If necessary, we can set up a payment-by-installation plan.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Participants in all classes and camps are entitled to a full refund without penalties if your registration is cancelled due the COVID-19 Pandemic. We understand there are serious health, financial, and logistical concerns that merit a refund. Anyone wishing to receive a refund may contact AVA at info@avagallery.org with the registrant’s name, address, phone number and class title. A staff member will return your email as soon as possible.

Once AVA’s campus is open to the public again, classes will be rescheduled if at all possible. If you wish to remain registered pending the new class schedule, please contact Education Manager Nick Gaffney, nick@avagallery.org, to notify him. Thank you!

Cancellations beyond May 2020

If a participant cancels 10 business days or more before the first class, full tuition, less a $25 registration fee, will be refunded in the form of a check or as a credit towards another AVA class within one year of date of issue. There is no refund if a cancellation is made within 10 business days of the class.

Winter-Weather Cancellations

Generally AVA cancels daytime classes due to bad weather in tandem with the SAU 88: the Lebanon School District. Weather dependent, evening and weekend classes are canceled on a case-by-case basis.

Should a class need to be canceled, AVA will contact participants by phone and / or email as soon as the decision is made.  Please be certain that you provide us with all necessary contact information when you enroll in a class. AVA also posts weather cancellations via our website and Facebook page, so please check these sites for current weather-related class information.

Working with instructors and students, AVA will do it’s best to reschedule canceled class sessions on the next available date—in most cases, the class will be extended by one week.  If for some reason a class is completely canceled, participants will receive a refund in the form of a check or as a credit that can be used towards another AVA class within one year of date of issue.
