Welcome to the Artist Submission Entry Page for The Bank Street Gallery! If you’d like to showcase your new work, please use the forms below to submit your artwork. Be sure to read the instructions carefully. To exhibit your work in the gallery, you must be an AVA Artist Member. If you’re not a member yet, please visit our Membership Page.
The Bank Street Gallery Requirements:
- You Must be an AVA Artist Member.
- 2D art is limited to 2 works per artist.
- 2D art is limited to 24″ longest dimension.
- AVA sales commission: 40%.
- All your artwork must be labeled with your name and title!
- If you have multiple items, such as ornaments or ceramics, they must be labeled with your name and price!
- Original artwork only, no giclee’s! (unless a photograph).
What to have ready:
- Contact information
- Artist Bio and Statement (optional)
- Title or Artwork Type
- Images
- Medium Type
- Dimensions (Optional for non-2D pieces)
- Quantity
- Retail Price
If You Would like your work to be shown in the online gallery:
All the requirements above plus:
- You must have artwork for sale in the gallery
- An Artist Bio and/or Artist Statement
- Artist profile image (it can be an image of your artwork-please email your image to sheryl@avagallery.org)
- High-quality images of your artwork
Please Note:
Your artwork will be available for purchase on your artist page, excluding cards. Customers must pick up any purchased artwork (we do not ship). A 2% online transaction fee will apply to help cover additional costs. Online viewers will also have the option to inquire about your work.
To maintain accurate inventory, please inform AVA Staff before changing out your artwork. Use the online portal or submit your information via email to Sheryl at sheryl@avagallery.org.
Photo Release: By submitting this application, I grant AVA Gallery permission to use images of me and my artwork for marketing purposes, including on the website and social media platforms.
