DRAFT Covid Visitor Guidelines

AVA Gallery and Art Center is open Tuesday-Saturday 11 am-5 pm for in-person gallery viewing and art education classes. We welcome you to partake in all that AVA has to offer knowing we have your health, well-being, and comfort as our top priority.

AVA is working to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission by requiring visitors to maintain 6 feet of physical distance between unrelated individuals or groups when indoors and 3 feet when outdoors. We also have health screening questions at the door; a building-wide cleaning schedule; and installed hand-sanitizer stations throughout the buildings. AVA will continue to monitor and abide by City of Lebanon guidelines. AVA reserves the right to ask visitors who do not follow these guidelines to leave the premises.

On March 24, 2022, the City of Lebanon voted to rescind their indoor mask mandate. As of now AVA continues to strongly recommend that masks be worn indoors. We continue to require that masks be worn:
– In AVA’s staff office.
– By anyone with any Covid-19 symptoms.
– By anyone who has been in recent contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19.

Currently, while AVA recommends that students in AVA’s community and education programs also wear masks, we no longer require this. We reserve the right to modify this policy depending on local Covid numbers and community guidelines.

Covid-19 Vaccination Policy

AVA does require all participants (ages 5 and up) in our education programs to either show proof of vaccination against Covid-19, or provide a negative PCR Covid-19 test (taken within 72 hours of a scheduled class session or event) or negative rapid Antigen test (taken the day of the event).

We are asking all vaccinated staff, instructors, volunteers, and participants (ages 5 and up) to upload a copy of their vaccination card to AVA. Please click here to upload a copy of your card.

AVA takes the privacy of our participants, employees, and teachers extremely seriously. This is a HIPAA compliant form, and we will not share information provided here with any third parties.

If you would prefer not upload a copy of your card, you may also drop by our office during normal business hours (T-F, 11 am-5 pm) to show us your vaccine card.

If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination, we are requesting a negative PCR Covid-19 test administered within 72 hours of each scheduled class session you are attending, or a negative antigen test taken the day of the class. Please click here to upload a copy of your negative test.

Many thanks. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time.
