Woodland Scenics has kindly donated 200 HO-scale miniature train figures, which participants are invited to use in creating playful dioramas. While you’re at CAOS, AVA will provide the art supplies for you to build props for the figures’ environment. When the figures and props you create are combined with objects from daily life and the world around us, artists who participate will play with scale and context to construct fantastic visual stories. Participants will then take digital photographs of their completed scenes and email them to AVA for inclusion in an online exhibition. For those interested, archival inkjet prints will also be made available for a small fee.
